RE: Jerusalem Rd (Johnson Street – Plainfield Avenue)
Please be advised that Milling and Paving operations are scheduled to begin on or about October 25, 2023. Construction hours will be weekdays 7:00am – 5:00pm. During this time, street parking will not be permitted and roadway access will be limited. On Paving day, the road may be completely shut down at times to all automobile traffic. Police will be onsite to help aid residents and enforce the closure. Residents are encouraged to have their cars out of their driveways prior to the start of paving day if they live on the roadway and need to get out. Failure to do so can result in your automobile being trapped in your driveway until the new asphalt roadway cools. All work is weather pending and inclement weather will push the schedule to the next allowable day.
